Renovation Potential Evaluation and Type Identification of Rural Idle Residential Land: A Case Study of Yuzhong County, Longzhong Loess Hilly Region, China

The land problem is the key to implementation of rural revitalization strategy, and suitability evaluation basis for renovation classification idle residential areas. Taking Yuzhong County in Loess Hilly region Longzhong, China as research area, this study constructed an identification matrix by combining results ecological protection suitability, agricultural production construction development realizing zoning residents through advantage type method. show that: (1) waste serious, there are significant phenomena “one household with two houses” multiple houses.” potential 1700 patches 1.18 km2. (2) spatial differences significant, rational guidance planning layout renovation, it can provide important decision-making utilization national land–space planning. (3) should be guided planning; make a solid plan areas; formulate scientific relocation, reuse “hollow houses”; stimulate vitality resources; promote countryside improvement living environment.
